Returns and refunds
We accept returns of eligible products within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused, undamaged and in original condition upon receipt.
It must be broken or useless.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt or confirmation email) is required.
Non-refundable items
Final sale products
Personal items that have already been opened (such as body oils, partially used candles, etc.) for hygiene reasons.

💰 When will I receive my refund?
Once the refund request has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the status.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 working days (depending on the bank or card issuer).
